Holy Family Parish 7525 SE Cesar Chavez Blvd, Portland, ORSign in 12 Noon Start time 12:30 PM State District Deputies and Council Youth Directors please inform your Councils that each participant MUST MUST have the original SCORE Sheet that's signed by a parent and MUST MUST have SHOT 25 free throws at the Council or District level to qualify for the State competition.
